This website is operated under the Raez brand ("Raez", "we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Raez. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms, conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, and merchants.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services.

2. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Our current collection is offered as a limited final production run: once a model sells out, it is permanently discontinued and will not be restocked. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer, to discontinue any product at any time, and to change prices without notice. All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time, at our sole discretion.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

4. Promotional Offer — Buy More, Save More

Our "Buy More, Save More" promotion ("the Offer") is subject to the following conditions:

The Offer applies to eligible watches from the final-run collection only. Accessories (including leather cases and care products) are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.
Discount tiers apply automatically at checkout based on the number of eligible watches in your order: 2 watches — 15% off; 3 watches — 25% off; 4 or more watches — 35% off the eligible items. No promotional code is required.
The discount applies to eligible watches only and is calculated on their combined price.
The Offer may not be combined with other promotions or discount codes.
Returns of orders placed under the Offer are governed by our Refund Policy, including the recalculation of tier discounts on partial returns.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without notice. Orders placed before any change will be honored as placed.

5. Orders, Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the e-mail provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Shipping terms, processing times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

All content on this website — including product photography, text, graphics, logos and design — is the property of Raez or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, state or local regulations or laws; (d) to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to submit false or misleading information; (f) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; or (g) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the customer's state of residence within the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
