Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Raez. If you are not, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your watch for a full refund of the product price.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition that you received it;
  • In its original packaging, with all included materials;
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our reasonable discretion.

3. Promotional Orders (Buy More, Save More)

If you return part of an order that received a multi-watch discount, the discount tier will be recalculated based on the items you keep. For example, if you purchased 3 watches with 25% off and return one, the remaining 2 watches will be repriced at the 2-watch tier (15% off), and your refund will equal the amount paid minus the recalculated price of the items kept. Returning the entire order always results in a full refund.

4. How to Start a Return

E-mail our support team at support@raezofficial.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within one business day with return authorization and instructions. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may experience processing delays.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us at support@raezofficial.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will, at your choice, send a replacement or issue a full refund — and in these cases we cover the return shipping.

6. Return Shipping

Except for damaged, defective or incorrect items (Section 5), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for return shipments that are lost in transit without tracking.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary. If the refund still has not posted, contact us at support@raezofficial.com and we will trace it with our payment processor.

9. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different model is to return the item you have (following the process above) and place a new order once your return is authorized.
