Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase requirement and no code needed. There are no handling fees or hidden charges added at checkout.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. During periods of high demand — including our final-run clearance — processing may take up to 4 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (ET), or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

After processing, most orders shipped to addresses within the United States arrive within 5–8 business days. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed dates; carrier delays, weather events and other circumstances beyond our control may extend delivery times.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped. If you notice an error in your address, contact us at support@raezofficial.com as soon as possible — we can usually correct address errors before the order is processed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be refunded for the product amount once received back.

6. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 days, or your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact us at support@raezofficial.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will, at your choice, reship the order at no cost or issue a full refund.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

We can modify or cancel an order only before it has been processed. Contact us at support@raezofficial.com with your order number as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it remains eligible for return under our Refund Policy.
